Kai was born at Women’s Hospital on July 8th, 2008. He had the same wonderful midwife as my second son, Liz Grose from Westside Midwives.

Kai’s mom used hypnobirthing, with devoted assistance from his Dad. I have been to several births where hypnobirthing has been used and I have been very impressed with each mom’s focus, calmness and ability to cope.
